The £250 Challenge Terms & Conditions
If you can prove that you can find a better and cheaper mortgage over a two-year period than the mortgage product that we offer, then we will pay you £250.
This is not a simple comparison of interest rates as they can be misleading. This will be a true cost comparison including all of the fees charged both upfront and hidden - we will know about these charges as we will have a detailed knowledge of the product that you wish to compare through our comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage products available.
This offer is subject to the following terms:
- That in the extremely unlikely event that you receive a remortgage quotation that appears cheaper than ours, we are given the opportunity to see a copy of our competitors quotation showing all details. At that time we will either resubmit our quote which beats it, or (when you have complied with condition 2 below) send you our cheque for £250.
- That you actually take out the alternative mortgage and provide to us proof that you have done so.
